    Define: Problem definition sprint

    Two weeks, fixed fee. I work with your security leader and the people closest to the problem, review what already exists, and run a small number of working sessions. We finish with an agreed answer to one question: what is actually in the way?

    You get:

    • A one-page problem statement your leader agrees with
    • Options, with the trade-offs of each
    • A recommended path and the first 30 days of actions
    • A short readout for your executive, with a board-ready version if you need one

    Fix: Alongside your team

    Once the problem is clear, I stay to help solve it. Hands-on help shaping the work, unblocking decisions, reviewing what the team produces and keeping momentum. Scoped to the outcome we agreed in the sprint, typically over three to six months.

    • A clear plan of what needs to be done, by whom, and by when
    • Hands-on help delivering it, with decisions unblocked as they come up
    • Review of what the team produces, against the outcome we agreed

    Keep: On-call bench (optional)

    For leaders who want a senior sounding board on hand. Monthly access for the calls that come up between meetings, with priority response.
